Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your booking page in any browser. If they like, they can also use the GetSlot app for Android.
How does it reduce no-shows?
Clients get a confirmation e-mail and a reminder 24 hours before, plus a push notification if they use the app. You decide how late they can cancel.
Can I have several staff members?
Yes. Each person has their own calendar, hours and services. Basic covers 3 people and Team covers 5, with extra calendars as needed.
Does it work for physiotherapists and psychologists?
Yes. You set the length of each service, gaps between appointments, and whether bookings are confirmed automatically or by you.
